would say picking him up out of the drink. I just recently
started googling my dads military records and came across this
and another website that has him listed for receiving the
Distinguished Flying Cross. I thank all of you that have

CV-9,was hit by enemy AAA fire, and ditched in the
sea. The pilot, Lt.(jg)F.S.Jutras,USN, was rescued by
