Comments: My Dad (Jerry Kastner) is alive and well, and curious if others who served with him may be out there looking too. He served in Korea from about 5/51 to 5/52. 38th Bn, C Battery, 2nd Division. He drove an ammo truck. He remembers (among other things) that he was a "Yankee" among "Rebels", and that there was one guy from Texas who neither group wanted to claim. Just joking of course... If there is anyone out there who served with him, or has relatives that may have served with him, pleae email me and I will get the information to him. (He remembers one man's name was Gus)

Comments: I am looking for anyone who may have served in the 38TH ART BN (105MM) 2 INF Div and you may have been at the Yalu River in November of 1950, who also may have remembered my Uncle Albert Ellsworth Boothroyd. He may have mentioned that he was going to buy land in Vermont when he returned home. He was taken POW, his body never recovered. Can anyone help to find out which camp he may have been at or any more information as to the happenings of that day.
Thank you all and God Bless all of the Veteran's of all War's.

Comments: Hello. I am looking for any information I can on my uncle, William Farrell, RA13315508, Battery C.

He was supposedly captured on 11-30-50 near Kunu-ri, North Korea (or Somindong) and sent to a camp at Pyoktong, North Korea. If anyone knew him, please contact me.

We were told that he died in camp of malnutrition but this was never confirmed.
