Comments: I received an email from George Lindley today but when I replied to his email, it came back undeliverable. Mr. Lindley: I'm not sure if you'll get my message this way but thank you for the info regarding the little boy that my dad is trying to find. You mentioned a photo that you were going to attach, however, there wasn't a photo attached. I was so looking forward to seeing it so I could send it to my father to see if he would remember...

Thanks again for your email.

Comments: Comments: Hi everyone - I'm doing some reasearch for my Dad (now 70 yrs old)- who was in Korea during the years of 1950-1951. He was discharged as Cpl. and his name is Joseph Bulluss. My Dad told me a story the other day regarding a little boy (at the time, Age 11) from a village in Taegu. Both his parents had been killed and he had no family members. He was my dad's shadow while he was there and Dad mentioned that little kid saw many of the battles he did and stuck by him. He safely delivered him back to his village in 1951 when he had turned 12. My Dad called him Skoshi Joe "Little Joe" after himself. His Korean name is Paksan. Not sure of how I can go about finding this person for him but he really would love to know what ever happened to his little friend (who is now in his 60's). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Comments: My name is SFC Travis L Bennett. I am doing some research for my uncle who served with the 37th ARTY Battalion in the Korean war. Unfortunately his DD-214 was lost in a house fire back in the early 1970's. Recently he tried to recover a copy from HRC in St Louis only to find out that his records were burned with many others several years back.(talk bout crappy luck) Anyway, I am trying to find out any information about the 37th Arty Battalion, (rosters, etc) that might have his name on it. there is a pension that is avaliable to soldiers that served this great country and HRC told him that if he can find anything that would link him to the 37th Arty Battalion, that he would be eligable to receive this pension.

His Name is Bob Felter Bragg, he was a SFC/1SG during the War.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Comments: My father served in the Korean War for the first year of fighting. He has told me that he was in a retreat in response to the entrance of the Chinese into the war. He mentioned that he had to fight through a road block which resulted in the loss of two thirds of his unit. My father has not told me much about his experience over there, and his sister (my aunt) has told me that he was taken prisoner. If there is any way I could confirm any of this I would be greatful to anyone who could shed light on the subject. I do not want to ask my father since I assume that if what his sister says is true, then there is probably a reason he has not told anyone. Thank you very much. Shannon Holzer

I wanted to show him any thing I found. I'd like to find out if there's anyone looking for him. Or any of His old buddies that may be listed. Or if it mentions his name or any one he served with anywhere on the internet but so far it's been fruitless. could anyone email any sites to check out? My dad lost all of his war memorabilia(If anyone could call it that) in a house fire yrs ago. He had his dog tags, uniform, papers, coins, guns, knives, etc.... all burned up and lost and I my self would like to hear or see anything about it just because it was a period in time that my dad was involved in and you'd think there would be some mention of it, but I can't find anything on the 194th. Like where they were positioned or who they were or what they did, or even names. I would like to know why! They were in charge of putting communications in contact with each other, you'd think they would be mentioned alot! Thank you! Kaylene and Glenn
