Specifically, I'm looking for Bob Rogers, YN3 of Oakland, CA; Bob Schwartz of MN; Coy brothers from North Carolina, I believe. I used to sell the magazine "Our Navy" and also got a lot of high school diplomas for a number of the guys, who hadn't graduated from HS. Also, gave GED tests for a lot of guys...along with a lot of tests for your rate increases. This site brings back a lot of good memories, considering it all...Pearl, Yokosuka, Manila, Hong Kong, Korea, and let's not leave out San Diego and San Francisco. I am now painting a series of ww2 lso (with the white caps-hats and the old flags...)I think it must be the period between 1938 and 1942 ??
