Comments: I am looking for the lineage, history of the 491st MP co. I believe they were part of the 96th MP Bn in korea, but I can find no trace. I am currently a soldier assigned to the 491st, which was stood up March 04 to go to Guantanamo Bay and guard the detainees at Camp Delta. Any information on the 491st would be very helpful.
