Comments: Hi my grandpa was in the Korean War stationed with the 25th MP Unit. For his MP training he was stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas on October 23, 1950. We are assuming he deployed in early of 1951. Is their anyone who could have been stationed with my grandpa during that time? His name is George Noel he had three close buddies he trained and deployed with from Fort Bliss. One was KIA and the other was MIA. Could any of them be these nine people?

Comments: Started searching for my father in 1990. Only able to find my uncle (later died before we could meet face to face), and now only one sibling (his sister) is left.
She was able to tell me as much as she knew and also sent me a few pics of him which definitely verifies that I am his son.
I believe he is dead since no one knows anything or has heard from him in over 30 years. I placed a missing person bulletin on him nearly 25 years ago. What I am looking for is ANY information on my father. I heard he was an army boxer and an Airborne MP during the Korean War era. I just want to know whatever I can since I never got to know him or ever meet him.
I served in the military as well. If anyone knows what I need to do to find more information on him, please let me know. Very important to me. Thanks so much!!

grandfather served in the 25th infantry/25th military police company, April 51-54. His name was Jesse Ray Adkins, he was from Meadow Creek, WV. He had a wife and son. I know he was in Korea, Tokoyo, and California. I have a lot of pictures of him and some friends, stockade, etc. All in very good condition. If anyone would like to see them email me and let me know. My father is Donald Heaston, he was stationed at the 8th Army Stockade in Japan approx 1948-1052 and guarded Japanese POWs. I would like to find someone who might remember him and get them in contact with each other. We do have a few photos we could share. He remembers Tojo was in the prison the same time he was there. Unfortunately, he doesn't remember exactly which Company he was with. The only name he remembers is Johnny Walters, who was his best man at his wedding.

Comments: My dad, Richard Kuntz, passed away in August 2000. I recently learned that my dad was an MP in the 25th MP Co from 1952-1954. (He went through basic training at Fort Ord, CA). His fondest memory was guarding Marilyn Monroe during a USO tour in Korea. Even though he wasn't able to watch her perform - this story was always a favorite memory of his.

Comments: My father sereved in Korea (1951-53), he recently passed away, and in his personel effects, we discovered a photo album with several dozen photos of him and others while in Korea. Some are your basic "buddy shots", others are what appear to be
prisoners of war, and still others are rather graphic shots of dead Korean soliders.

None of our family can ever remember seeing these photos, including both of his brothers, also Korean War Vets. He rarely ever spoke of his time in Korea, and so the discovery of these photos has peaked our families interest in our Dad.

I'm interested in sharing these photos with all interested. We are not looking to profit from these photos, however we do not want anyone else
to make money from them either.

I'm also having trouble deciphering his military record(s), so I could also use some help with that.

Comments: Kelly L. Stone served as a guard for McArthur in Japan during the Korean War sometime prior to 8/31/50 when he was reported KIA in Korea. He was reported MIA which was changed to KIA in '53 while in the 35th Inf. Reg., 25th Division. Comments: Searching for somebody that was with the 25th Div.HQ. MP's in Osaka from 1947-1950 and then with the 35th. Inf. Reg. 3er. Bat. "C" Co. in Korea from July until November 27-28/1950 when some of us got hit near Kaesong just few miles from the 38th and rescued and sent back to Japan and then to Walter Reed Hospital, Forest Glenn section somewhere around 02 or 03/1952.
