Comments: Comments: My Dad passed away this week and I have many photos and memories from the Tulmult in the early fifties in such places as Monte Carlo and Sicily. There are also crew pictures on liberty, etc. I plan to scan them into my computer if any old shipmates would like copies.

His name is Ralph Shuemaker, I am looking for shipmates to lend me some sea stories about my dad. He is now paralyzed from stroke and I would like to bring some memories from happier times.

Comments: Hopefully I can find someone or someones family member who is interested in keeping thier family lineage alive. I am trying to put together a memorial for my dad to pass down to my grandson.
Thank you all who can help me with this endeavor.My fathers name was James Vonell Roland.
You can see a pic of him on the USS MISSOURI memorial site in the crew data base under presant at the surrender.
