Comments: Thank you for running this site. I was very upset that I could not find my father,
Donovan Curt Morrison, listed as a Korean War Casualty in any of the references. He
died after his troop carrier crashed into a mountain in Japan. Your website
referenced him as a casualty of a non-hostile aircraft crash. Thank You for
acknowledging this.

Comments: Sgt Donovan Morrison was my grand father on my mothers
side. He died during the war in 1951. Information has
been tough to get. Anything anyone could tell would be
great and if you happened to know him would be better,
but understandably, I know that might not happen.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Comments: I'm trying to help my 80(something) old neighbor find her brother. His name is Donald Guy Warner he was born September 4th, 1928. He was in the Korean War but I do not know what date. He apparently was a paratrooper, and returned to Germany after his tour was complete. His sister is Merilyn Kloster and she lives next door to me in Yakima, WA. I would appreciate any help.

Comments: My brother, Lt. Robert M. McElrath, flew with the Fat Cat Squadron out of Tachikawa in 1951-1952. Unfortunately he died 4 years ago after retireing from United Airlines. I would like to get/buy a Fat Cat Squadron patch if there are any out there. I am a Colonel in the Commerative Air Force and would like to add the patch to our collection of patches in the High Sky Wing. Thank you for your consideration.

Comments: I was born in Tachi in July of 53. My father, Harry Nikitas, captain at the time I believe, was there until approx. Sept of 53. I was 2 months old and took a boat back to Frisco. I still have sterling silver cups from the "Fat Cat's Officers Wives". I will treasure these forever as it's the only rememberance of my place of birth.

Did anyone out there remember my father? Luckily he is still alive and 3 out his 4 children are pilots so we get to frequent the local airport and sometimes discuss missions and experiences.

Regards,
Tom

Comments: Hello, My name is Patrick Littleton, I am a Junior at Pittsburg High School, in Pittsburg, California. In our US History calss we learned that the Korean War was called "the forgotten war." This interested me and I was wondering if anyone could tell me about their experiences durring the Korean War, and if they could relate to it being called "the forgotten war." This information would greatly be appriciated. Thank you.
