I am asking the families of any Veterans to Please -- Please, See to it that the 214 forms have been recorded locally with the proper agency ,and also have them join some local veterans organization ,or this organization, so people that are looking for them can at least know about their status.

It states he was riding as a 'bow gunner' for the tank. LOOKING for anyone who might have been part of his tank crew or who might have known him otherwise from this unit or I Corps HQ. His two daughters would love to know with whom he may have served. Thanks!

Unit: 73RD HEAVY TANK BN.

Service or Relationship: Army Veteran

Comments: I would like to hear from anyone that served in the 73rd at any time. I have a list of several members that have been in the unit at some time. The unit changed from 73rd Tank Bn. to 73rd Armor and is now the 73rd RSTA Cavalry with the 82nd ABN Div. and have made a very impressive mark in history while in Iraq.
