Unit: 518TH ENGINEER - GAS GENERATION DETACHMENT

Comments: Writing on behalf of my father, William F. Anderson,Jr, who served in the 518th Engineer - Gas Generation Detachment. He knows that he was at Pusan in 1954. They were attached to a base depot - either the 522nd or 552nd. We are not entirely sure.Some people he recallls being there are - Richard Huelen John of Columbus Ohio, Last name Rivers from Alabama, Red VanSaghi from St Louis, MO, Last name Schupack, New York, Last name Zimmer, Milwaukee, WI, Last name Ward, from Ovida,Georgia.
