Comments: I am researching the history of the 525th EFFP casualties in Korea. It has been mentioned that Christopher Schlitz was one of three causalities. I was hoping that you might have the names and info on the other two.

City and State: CHAPMAN KS

Unit: FINAL C CO, 3/160TH SOAR (A)

Service or Relationship: Army

Comments: Looking for any history of this unit or any other medical unit with the designation
of 915th. On the burial card of my uncle Christopher Schlitz, his unit is listed as
525th E.F.F.P. Det A, 915th Medical Surgical Hospital, unless he was assigned to
the 525th and died in the 915th although his death certificate lists the 121st Evac
for his place of death. On the Korean Registry I cannot find a 915th MASH, although
I've found a website with pictures of it and other MASH units. Any help would be
appreciated.

Keywords: Schlitz, 915, 121, 525

Editor Note: Schlitz was with the 525th EEFP -Engineer Fire-Fighting Platoon. Only
one of three total casualties of his unit. The 915th MASH was a US-based training
unit.
