Comments: Hello shipmates, I served on the USS UNION AKA 106
for only a few months, August 1954-February 1955.
I was transferred to the Union after serving 3+
years on the PCEC 896. I would like very much
to have a photo of the ship. The photo can be

Comments: I was aboard during a trip to Point Barrow, Alaska and later at Bremerton, WA in Dry Dock. I was a Radarman 3/c and transferred from the Union to the USS Okanogan sometime in 1950. This is the first time I have seen anything on the USS Union.
