Please be advised that Lt. Col. Matt O. Delmas, (retired), aged 80, passed away peacefully at Seton Hospital, Austin, Texas , today at 6:35pm cst. Matt was a retired Army veteran who served as a 2nd Lt. during the Korean War. Matt passed away peacefully with his family and friends at his side. Matt will be buried at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
