Possibly born in 1921, from or living in Virginia at the time.
Possibly 2 sisters, name unknown. Definitely one sister at the very
least.
Served in the Korean War, posted in Trieste. Soldier but exact role
unknown.
Left Trieste in June of 1950 for a 'family emergency'. Possibly false
story, but definitely what was said at the time and he definitely left.
Lost contact after that.
Ida Frassone born in 1925 and originally from Trieste was attached
to him, she is my maternal grandmother. Mr. Floyd proposed
marriage and agreed to marry her, he had the marriage papers on
hand according to my deceased grandmother's account. He gave her
a gold watch, possibly a Walker(?) before leaving for the emergency.
I am looking for information regarding this gentleman and/or his
family.
He may be deceased but he is probably the father of my maternal
aunt, Gabriella. She was born in October 1950 on the 10th and I am
looking for information about her probable family for her birthday.
She merely wants to know the rest of her family. She has tried
looking for the man for many years, with out success.
If you know this gentleman or you're related, please get in contact.
We live on Long Island, New York and our surname is Hutchings.
Gabriella Hutchings is most likely his daughter.
Possibly acquainted with Henry Lewis who also served.

Comments: We arrive in Japan on the General D.I. Sultan in late 1952. I was wondering if the ship is still afloat and if anyone is still remembering the camp. It was called Camp Younghans, Japan and my dad Raymond LeRoy Thompson was the Fire Marshall there.
