Comments: I have a photo of my father, Vern Pickett, taken upon graduation at Camp Atterbury ca 1950's. I also have one of he and his mother, Dorothy taken in Alton, IL ca 1953, in his uniform. He often spoke to my cousin and aunts about his tour in Korea. I did not have the priviledge of knowing my father when I was growing up. Anyone out there serve with him, or know him even now? Would love to contact him if he is still alive. Thanks!
