Comments: My grandfather was in the Korean war. I found pictures of his deployment that he labeled the names of some of the people that he was deployed with. Do you know of anyway to see if these men or their families are apart of this group? Unfortunately my grandfather passed away in 2002 so all i have left is pictures and paper work. I really dont want to throw out the pictures of these soldiers if theres any chance of finding them. Thank you

Comments: I've been researching my father's service in the Korean War. He served from 1953 thru 1955. If you served with my Dad, Robert (Bob or Bobby) Lloyd, I'd love to hear from you. His CO was Raymond P Veditz. I'm curious about his unit patch. I've got several photos of my Dad with some of his buddies and cannot make out the patch. I can tell its round with a dark border and a red field background.

Comments: i was wondering if anyone who served with my grandfather, carl
john shomper, could share stories of him with me. he passed away
in 2002. i have some of his pictures he took while deployed, but
sadly i have no stories. he was born in williamstown,
pennsylvania. was in korea from aug of 1951 to may of 1952.
