Comments: Hi, I am looking for any information and/or pictures of my grandfather, Walter Henry Torum. He was in VP-40 patrol squadron. Crew member of PBM -5S2 Catalina Patrol bomber. He passed away on 6/15/1951in a non-hostile aircraft crash shortly after take off. He was stationed in Okurokami, Japan during Korean war. My dad was 5 yr old when he passed so we have no information, other than his DOB and birth place. Anything would be nice. Thank you.
