Comments: Basic training at Fort Lee, VA My father served in Korea from Jan. 30 1952 - 1955 Looking for Joe Winko or anyone who may have served with Phil McGuire. I have a picture of him with Mickey Rooney when he came to visit the troops. Also, he was at Freedom Village after the war ended. If anyone remembers him or would like me to share the couple of pictures I have, please reach out. Thank you all for your service.

Comments: I'm Michael Young son of J.C. Young. I'm interested in finding out any information regarding my father during the Korean conflict. Even friends or acquaintances from Fort Lewis Washington where he was stationed for sometime. He was also in Germany during 1948-49. He was in the Navy during world war II during 1944 and 1945. My father passed away June 13, 2000 and he didn't talk much about his time in the service and it would mean alot to me if I could hear from someone who might have known him.

Keywords: J.C. Young (JC or Jack) was sent to Korea from Fort Lewis Washington in June or July 1950 and returned to Fort Lewis Washington October/November 1951. He was Sgt. 1st class when he was discharged. In Korea he was assigned to 2nd quarter master company.

Comments: I am looking for a friend who was in the 2nd Div
Q.M. In 50 and 51 His name Albert U. Franko.

I have tried to find him but i dont know where he was from but any thing I like to know.

Also, looking for Lt Col Arnold c. Gilliam for we went to Korea from Ft Lewis Washington and i was transfered the night before from another Co.

Finally, a man named LeBlank or LeBlanc killed himself and I cannot find information on him.
