Comments: I need to contact anyone who may remember when a fellow soldier had the misfortune of having a military dentist break a drill bit in my mouth causing a long deep cut to the roof of my mouth. My medical records can not be found because of a fire at St. Louis so They tell me I need an eye witness to testify in my behalf before the VA can help with the expenses I'm incurring now. They would remember how the medicine they originally gave me caused me great discomfort and almost killed me until they fought the infection with Sulfa drugs.. All this was omitted from my discharge DD214. Any help would be appreciated. All this happened about the end of 1952.

Comments: Hello, I am a volunteer at the Air Force Space and Missile Museum here at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. Within a few weeks we will be adding a locomotive to our outdoor "rocket garden" at the museum. The locomotive is a EMD SW-8 Switcher number 2021, it has been used here at the Cape since 1965 to move around components of the Titan rocket. At one time locomotives numbers 2000, 2007, and 2021 were all here at the Cape, we understand that all three of these were also with the 724'th in Korea. We are looking for anyone who can tell us more about 2021---so that we may share its complete history with the visitors to the museum. I look forward to hearing from anyone who might be able to help, thank you.

I am still waiting to recieve his records but know he was in Korea from Jul 1953 to December 1954. There is a photo of the sign for the 724th so I am assuming that is where he was based from. I would enjoy hearing from any veterans that served during this time frame about your experiences. Is there a site where we can post photos?
