Comments: I'm just looking for info, and friends, on/of my Father In-Law. His name is Donn Edward Wagner and he was a medic, HM2, for a 4.5 Rocket Battery. All I know is he was in Korea, in the 1st MARDIV, was wounded himself, and was a very active Life Member of the 1st MARDIV Association.
He passed away recently and I'm working on a dedication about him for his wife. I could get more specific info from her, but I'm hoping to make it a surprise. If anyone can give me more specific information about him I would greatly apreaciate it.
If I can place the specific unit, and find formers members of same, I have a extensive amount of photos he took while in Korea I would like to share. Hundreds of photos of the men, equipment, and operations of the Battery.
I know he was pretty active in the specific unit association as well, from articles and reunion photos he had, anybody?
