Comments: My Grandfather served with the 67th in Korea. I am trying to make him a shadow box with his awards and such. I have a couple questions. 1 what was the 67th's insignia? I found what I think may have been but I want to be sure before I put it in there. Also on his DD214 under box 27 (decorations, medals, ect..) it has GO or maybe OO 130 Hq FEAF? is this the presidential unit citation? Any help with these would be of great help! Also thank you all for your service in Korea.

Comments: I'm looking for ground photographer Mike Russo who served with me in Taegu in 1950 in the photo labs of the 363rd Reconnaisance Technical Squadron and later with me in Kimpo and the 67th Reconnaissance Technical Squadron in 1952 and in January 1953. In January we shipped out for California. Mike was retired from the Air Force when I last saw him working in a camera store in central California. Mike was the staff sergeant in the Public Information Office working under Captain Moats. The PIO office needed a news reporter and they managed to get me transferred from the photo labs to their office typewriter. We three were a team and fast friends, as well. Help me find Russo!

Comments: We are looking for photographs of the 67th RTS planes,
people, facilities and especially anything to do with
the reconnaissance side of the squadron to add to our
web site.
You can find the web site at http://www.548RTG.org
if you wish to take a look. We have our history there
and a lot of photographs of the unit from about 1968 to
1991 when it was deactivated.
If you have some photos of like mentioned above we
would love to add them to the web site as part of our
legacy. If you cannot get the photos digitized and
emailed to us, we would be glad to take the photos,
digitize them. Then return the originals back to you.
We would only ask that you put a post-it or
something with each photo describing what or who it is
and the year taken if you know. This will help us out
with our new web site updates. Have a great day everyone.

Comments: My father Lt. Severinsen served in 1953 at
Kimpo Air Force Base.
He brought home 1 hour of 8mm movies(no sound).
I recently converted this film into a DVD/documentary.
Since my father was an Iowa farm boy many of the scenes are about the local farmers. However there are many shots of USAF aircraft and a unique trip to the HMS Sydney Aircraft carrier stationed in the Yellow sea. The aircraft shots are very interesting. Also included are several still shots of life on the base.
All set to music from 1953.
I will go out on a limb here and offer a copy free to anyone who is interested(within my limitations).

Comments: Hi there, I am looking for A/2C Merle Mason, who served with my father, Bill Massey, and found a little girl in a ditch in January, 1953. I am hoping to find information about my father's time in the service so I can prove he earned the medals he said he did for actions taken in March, 1953. I need to prove it so I can have the commendations etched on his headstone. My email is mtwriter@mt.net. Thank you and God Bless.
