Comments: I was at Pan Mun Jom for about 22 months. Hey I was
single. I can over from the 25th Inf Division at
Scoofield Barracks. It was quite a shock. but it was
great. I especially liked all the guys who worked with
me on Noteworthy in the one building until they moved
it to our barracks. I was able to get back to Korea
in 1990 with the Washington Air national Guard from
which I retired in 1994 at Senior Master Sargent E8.
Noteworthy was gone, replaced by dial telephones, our
barrack was the ROK army PX, the water tower was still
there but the generators were gone. The Hobby Shop,
O'Club and NCO Clubs still there but upgraded. We
didn't have a lot of time to walk around. Everyone
else on the tour had never been to JSA or Pan Mum Jom.
Our trip the the conference site was different than
I remembered. Much more security and some uneasiness
with both sides. I remember being in almost all the
old buildings including the NK HQ building to inventory
the TA312 the NK had to receive our calls. 1LT Cox
and I went into the building and I remember thinking we
were never leaving. Well, I'm sorry I'm late to the
party here, just found the site. Hope to see another
reunion. I will try to make it. Best to all.
BTW, does anyone know who and where Tom Toth might be?
He was our radio repair guy.

Comments: Would enjoy swapping stories with anyone at JSA from June 1971 thru September 1972. I was in the 3rd platoon and would really like to hear from anyone in that group. Thanks to Doug Salyer for locating me and for a great visit with Jim Mazour today.

Comments: It is with great saddness that I pass along the death of Thomas Hendrickson, JSA,1972-73. He was in the 1st platoon "animals" and one of the last under Platoon Sargent Finkle. Those that knew him know what kind of man he was. He will be missed!"In front of them All"

Comments: I was in 1st Plt from early Aug '75 until Feb '76, and in Group HQ after that until I left in July '76. Looking to reconnect with "JR" Watkins, "Randy" Randquist, Guy Breider, Connelly, Ted "Jinro" Sizemore, Pait, Copenhaver, "Junie" Hester, Rick Shaw, Mark Luttrull, "Radar" Lewis, L., "Wooly," and so many more that I won't name right now. I've already been in contact with Rich "Lewis, R." Lewis and Stinson, but I would really like to share old times (and old photos/movies!) with all my old "In Front of Them All" partners.

Comments: Larry Anderson pointed out to me that I made a typo on my 18-May-2005 entry. I put that the Guard Truck was ambushed in 1967. It should read 1968. The ambush happened on 14 April 1968 shortly after the Pueblo had been captured by the NK's. Sorry if I confused or mislead anyone.
