La proa de nuestras naves surcó en largas singladuras las aguas de los mares peninsulares, el mar amarillo, acogió nuestra estela libertaria y Pyonyon-do conoció la fortaleza de nuestra alta ALTA BORDA. Hoy medio siglo después, hacemos honor a nuestra nobleza invitando a Corea del Norte y a Corea del Sur a reunirse en nuestra ciudad de cartagena de Indias, Colombia, a dialogar en pro del futuro de sus pueblos sufridos y dignos de mejor futuro, queremos hoy, ser protagonistas de paz, procurando la unión de un pueblo trabajador y sufrido. SOMOS LA ASOCIACIÓN DE VETERANOS EXCOMBATIENTES DE LA GUERRA DE COREA con sede en la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias. Deseamos asímismo desvirtuar la teoría de los letrados norteamericanos y Colombianos al llamar a la guerra de corea como "La guerra del Silencio"; deseamos que se desconozca lo establecido en la ley 863 de Agosto 9 al determinar un auxilio de "Limosna" para los Veteranos Colombianos en estado de Indigencia. Así el derecho de igualdad es desconocido por el Estado y se ratifica oficialmente el abandono y abulia para quienes ofrendaron su vida en pro de un "derecho", el de la libertad y la igualdad. Porque pregonan tanto los derechos humanos?
