Actualmente tiene 85 años y por su edad y avanzado deterioro en su salud la información que poseo es algo errática ya que hace unos años el manifestó que tuvo que mentir sobre su nombre y edad para poder enlistarse.
Sin mas datos o fotografías deseo que quien haya estado con el, o sepa algo o tenga algo que ver con el durante su tiempo de estadía en Corea y el tiempo compartido me lo haga saber.

Hola, mi abuelo fue combatiente en la guerra de Corea, falleció hace muchos años y no tuve la oportunidad de hablar con él al respecto, sin embargo quisiera saber más información, como su batallón, compañía y en general cualquier dato al respecto. Su nombre en ese momento era Daniel Reyes, sin embargo, tengo entendido que se realizó el ajuste y podría registrar como Daniel Bazurto Reyes.

Eramos la compañia A del segundo Batallón. Estabamos bajo mando del teniente Galindo. Viajamos de Cartagena, escalando en Panamá, luego en Hawai y posteriormente a Tokyo, siendo la duración total del viaje de 28 días. En japón fuimos desembarcados en Yokohama, para luego ser transportados en tren hacia Tokio. Luego pasamos a una ciudad puerto llamado Sasebo y de ahi cruzamos a Busan Korea.
En Busan o Pusan tuvimos entrenamiento y nos sacaron al combate,

I'm looking for information of my grandfathers
participation in the Korean War, he was a member of the
Colombian Batallion in the Infantry Division, his name
was EDGAR TRIVINO.
Regrettably, he died when my father was 6 yrs old, so I
don't have any information as to what his participation
in the conflict was. If anyone can help me find more
information I'll be deeply grateful.

me gustaría poder hacerme miembro de su Asociación.
Mi padre, Emiro Correa hoyos ( ya fallecido en el año
2000 ), fue miembro del glorioso Ejército de Colombia
e hizo parte del Batallón Colombia en la Campaña de
Corea entre 1951 y 1952 como Teniente del arma de
Infantería. Quisiera conocer más acerca de la
Asociación, cómo se puede ayudar y qué beneficios e
pueden tener.

Soy fundador de un grupo de modelismo a escala en Colombia, AMC-IPMS , estoy desarrollando una investigacion con el fin de recopilar material grafico y basado en el, realizar un diorama (maqueta a escala que representa una escena real [Foto realista]) en honor a estos heroes. guerra de Corea:
Hola, soy un estudiante coreano quien estoy sentiendo
muchas gracias a los veteranos de otro
paises(incluyendo a colombia) por participaron a la
guerra de corea.
En corea esta conmemorando el dia 25 dee Junio cuando
se empezo la guerra de corea.
Como soy un estudiante, me acerque sobre la historia de
la guerra de corea, y asi podia conocer de un hecho que
mas de 600 veteranos colombianos ayudaron a corea
cuando estaba en la guerra.
No hablo bien pero me siento que bueno que si se hablar
español, aunque es muy poco, para que yo pueda
agradecer a las gentes colombianas, quienes
participaron a esta guerra o quienes son familias de
ellos, por esta texto de agradecimiento.
Gracias.. Gracias por pelear a las gentes de un pais
aunque no conocen bien.
Gracias.. Gracias por hacer nos vivir en una pais en la
paz
Gracias.. los jovenes y hijos de corea no olvidaran de
