Comments: I was at Camp Mosier Aug 66 to Jul 67, with the 25th Cml Co. The company commander was 1LT Jerry F Mallard, who had previously served with the 18th Airborne Corps in the Dominican Republic operation in 1965.
We were a smoke generator unit with about 100 KATUSA, 20 US, and 30 some-odd jeep-towed smoke generators, and fuel trucks etc. Camp Mosier was dominated by and commanded by the 60-bed surgical hospital (43rd SHMA) and associated medical units, including the helicopter med evac unit stationed there. I left active duty upon departure from Korea.

Comments: May dad Bernie Luczka passed away May 25, 2011. He served in the 71st during the Korean War. We bury him Tuesday. The VA took good care of him and honored their promiss to. I will miss him.
