Comments: Today I went, as I always do on Saturday, to sit with N. Davis at
the VA hospital. He is my personal friend and mentor. Today,
knowing that I am soon to be commissioned as a Chaplain at the
nursing home where he used to live, he gave me a Bible. I already
have several Bibles, of course, but this one is special.
Inscribed on the flyleaf I can read,
Presented to Nathaniel Davis on this Mother's Day, May 13, 1951,
by Chaplain Krastine.
If anyone knows Chaplain Krastine or his family, please pass on
this message:
'Chaplain Krastine,
You gave a Bible to young Nat Davis in 1951, though he was not a
believer, when he asked you why his prayers weren't being
answered. You told him his problem was that he was praying, but
not believing. You advised him to read that Bible, pray, and
believe. I wanted you to know that he went on, not only to
believe, read that Bible, but also to preach in several
countries and states. He is a good man, beloved by his family
and friends, and now he has passed that Bible on to me, with his
blessings on my future chaplaincy. He has commissioned me to
continue the work in others that God ordained and you began. I
will treasure the Bible, and will use it in my work, beginning
tomorrow.Thank you for serving.

Comments: I have Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL ).
I am curios to know if any other person in a smoke generator company - inhaling the dense smoke as I remember with out a gas mask - has CLL. Doctors are not sure of the cause of CLL.

Comments: I would like to find out more about my grandfather Willard L. Jordan Jr.
He was born April 18,1931 to Willard and Doris Hoehn, Jordan. As a child he was an orphan, and lived in many foster homes.
While he was in the Army he earned the title Sargent, along with six bronze stars, and a purple heart.
I was born in 1981, but he died Sept.8th of 1984 on him and his wifes 33rd wedding anniersary, so I really don't know alot abouthim during the Korean war peariod, but I would like to. nobody likes to talk about the war in my family, and I'm afraid if I ask my gradmother it will break her heart.
So please if you can find any information on my grand father please contact me.
thankyou,
Jessica Mae Jordan
