Comments: My wife’s grandpa may have served in 1273rd. We found a heavy porcelain coffee mug from the Squadron. On this mug, it has Phalsbourg-France 1959. The call sign is “Deacon”. I was looking to put this mug up on eBay. The family was just going to toss in the trash and I felt it deserved some respect. What should I do with this piece of history?

Comments: I don't find the 1273rd Air Transport Sqdn. listed. We were only in support but we had at least three flights per day into Korea , at or near, the combat zone.We evacuated personnel and equipment out of Seoul in the early days . Pulled the Marines and Army out of Pyongyang, Hamhung, Hungnam and Teague at critical times.
