Comments: Keith was a close friend of my brother in Hawaii back in the 1970's. He retired as a QMCS.
I have found info on Keith via ancestry.com; know he was interred at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ in 2003.
Trying to find out more about Keith and the
submarines he was on.
I believe he was awarded Bronze Star for his efforts in rescuing many crew members before
ship was scuttled/sunk. Later he was on transports headed for POW camps in Japan.
I am trying to develop a package on Keith and trying to locate family members so I can present them with whatever I can locate. Thanks very much,
Norm
