Sure would like to find pictures of the front and other views. As I remember there was a gate and brick walls in the front. Thanks for any info.

Comments: For John Clarke's message board re "Rat Killer"
11/15/98 (Inquiry) It was called "Operation Rat Killer, designed by Van Fleet to drive the bugouts of the North Korean Army out of the hills they ran into after the 8th Army broke out of the Pusan Perimeter and MacArthur invaded north of them. It went to hell around Nonsan when the ROK units split on a roadway that encircled the town and went in both directions. Of course when they met on the other side they shot the hell out of each other and that was the end of Operation Rat Killer. It was the end of '51. I was there.

I am not going to try to describe what it details. But, one thing it did note that KMAG as we always see as Korean Military Advisory Group has been used erroneously. The official entity is called the United States Military Advisory Group to the Republic of Korea (KMAG). Also, at first, KMAG was considered administrative. But, in January 1951, under General Walker (8th Army), it became an intergal part of the 8th Army. Just a few notes of interest. Perhaps some of you know this, but maybe thre are a number that do not. Take care. Frank
