TWO RIFLES. I BELIEVE HE WAS A MECHANIC AND VEHICLE
RETREIVER DURING THE KOREAN CONFLICT HE WAS
DISCHARGED ON 22 APR 1955

Comments: Looking for the unit that my father, Julius T. Lund, was assigned to during the Korean War. I do know that he was at "Pork Chop Hill", and was with the unit at the base of the hill, that turned on the search lights during the battle. He was a mechanic for the entire 20 years that he was in. He served in a lot of different units both maintenance battalions and combat units. He was with the 8th Army while he was there.Thank you and I hope this helps locate him.

HE WAS A CPL HE WAS BORN TO A CLIFFORD AND LILLY DECKER ON SEPTEMBER 14 AND PASSED AWAY ON
SEPTEMBER 29 1994 HE IS MY FATHER AND IM REALLY SORRY THAT I DONT HAVE MORE INFORMATION TO GIVE
