Comments: Hello all, I not long ago found out that my grandfather was a member of the 7th MTS and was in and around Ulsan in 1952-53.

I’m wondering if anyone remembers him, Sgt David Larson from Canton, SD.

I would love to hear from anyone who does. Unfortunately he passed on late last year.

Comments: Am looking for any past members of the motor pool in Ulsan Korea (K-11) during 1951-1952-1953. I was an A/2C and worked in the dispatch shack where Msgt Buckner was the motor Sgt. I remember a SSgt Day who was the chief dispatcher and A/1C Greshem was also a dispatcher. I often recall others that were there at the time but they escape me at the moment. Would like to hear from any one that was there during this period.

Comments: Does anyone from Hq 5th Air Force remember the 7th Motor Transport Squadron, K-11, Korea? This unit was assigned to K-11 along with the 547th Ammo Supply Squadron Depot. I believe that the 547th ASSD was a sister unit of the 543d Ammo Suplly Sqdn, K-9 (Pusan). The ship I traveled from Camp Stoneman to Yokohama, Japan on, in June, 1952, was the USNS General E. T. Collins. Anybody else sail on her? Did anyone know the following people: A/3C Wass, A/2C Busemann (first names unknkown), and A/3C Chin C. Sen?The period of time we're talking about here is July 1952 - July 1953. I would appreciate hearing from anyone regarding their knowledge of the 7th Motor Transport Squadron. Thanks. Herb Rudolph.

Comments: Does anyone formerly assigned to the 547th Ammo Supply Squadron, K-11 remember the 7th Motor Transport Squadron? I have been searching for anyone that was assigned to the 7th MTS, and would appreciate knowing about what happened to the old outfit. The Motor Pool could well have been a support unit of the 547th or attached to it. I recall only two names that were associates of mine at the Motor Pool, whose last names were Wass and Busemann. Wass came from Maine, cannot recall where Busemann came from. My period of assignment to the 7th Motor Transport Squadron was July, 1952 - July 1953. Thanks for your help. Herb.
