I was S/Sgt Charles E. Pendleton...RA: 19219463...NCOIC of the
Arkansas National Guard's...937th Fld Arty Bn (AIR SECTION).
Across the hiway of Route #1, 1951 and 1952...and till March
of 1953.

Our Airstrip was siuated on the leveled town of UnChani. We were
attached to the IX Corps for supplies & support, but were what was
known as a "bastard" outfit...as we had no Headquarters.

We were the only ones on the central front with 155 Howitzer
Long Tom Artillery Pieces.

My interest is to possibly locate some or all of my service buddies
from that period...KOREA:1951 Through 1953.

Also FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA: 1953 through 1955. Then back to
KOREA: 1955. Then to: JAPAN: 1956 and1957.
Then FT HUACHUCA, ARIZONA: 1958 through 1960 and finally
to: GERMANY: 1960 through 1962
