Maybe you already know what I'm about to say, If you go to a V.A. administration office and get a standard form 180,mail it in and it will take a few months to get all the info that took place in your fathers career as a marine.I sent away a few months ago and when I receved it I was surprised as to a lot of things that transpired in my 4 years in the corps Feb50-feb 54, just be sure you let the Gov. know you want to know the (as I put it)where when who etc Question # 4 Explain the purpose for which the info are needed, I put down that my lawyer requested it for a coming legal purposes,It seem to work because a lot of my friends have been waiting 3-4 months GOOD LUCK SEMPRE FI

I am looking for any information on my Dads service history.
He was in Korea from 12/51-12/52
USMC; Aircraft Engineering Squad 12
He died when I was very young and I don't know anything
about his life in th Corps.
Thank you in advance for your time.
