Comments:

I believe I knew a Tom Jenkins at Ammunition School at Quantico, VA, in Summer, 1951. He and I had been accepted for the Annapolis Prep Class, and the Sergeant Major had filled out all our papers, when we went together to sign the papers. We talked ourselves out of accepting this great opportunity; the Sergeant Major was furious! He siad we would be on the next Replacement Draft, and we were! I was later accepted for a field commission, and did get to Korea until after the ceasefire. How sad that he was killed. I hope this relates to the right Tom Jenkins.

Well i have found out that Tommy was part of 1st Marine Division Item Co. So if anyone is from that company i would apprecate any information you can give me on my uncle if you remember him.

I am looking for anyone who might have known my great uncle Tommy Jenkins. He was KIA on July 24,1953. I would like to know about him since he was killed way before i was born. Any information would be helpful.
