My father passed away over 10 years ago. Now that I am older I wish I could ask him questions about the war. My father was a Marine and he was from Elgin, Illinois. My father talked about the war everynight. If someone could tell me any information or direction to find out more about his battalion etc., my brother and I would appreciate it immensely.
