Dear Mr. Fox,
My father just passed away recently and in
sorting out some of his memoirs, I came across some books
manuals, and so forth of his tour on the USS Leo as a
Lieutenent JG and that he Skippered Landing craft that
put men on Okinawa and Iwo Jima. If I can be of any help
feel free to contact me. I'm looking for a organization
that might be interested with this timeless information.
Sincerely,
Steve Ariano
