Hi Bob,I was right down the road from you at Charlie Co. @ camp Greaves.
Captain Kidd from Michigan was our Co. for awhile. A soldier name of Davis
came up from 2nd replacement with me but I never seen him much anymore when he
was sent on up to Liberty Bell. Holla back old soldier,Pro Patria!

I served in Co. B 1/31 Inf(M) 2nd Inf. Div. 71-72 at Camp Liberty Bell. Can't remember Lt.Col's. name in charge of battalion at the time but everyone called him the "Black Patton" cause he wanted to take our whole unit to Vietnam when there was an offensive over there, I believe it was in 72. Best I can remember Cpt. Harry Stein was commanding B Co. at the time. Been trying to reach old friends from my unit, so far unsuccessful. Maybe luck will change. Pro Patria.
