I was in mortar platoon of HH co. 1st btn. 9th Inf,next to DMZ for last 6-7
months of my tour 1968-69. Cannot remember name of our "compound" I was the
kid 17-18 years old. John "Johnny " Patton fromTexas.
I was the gunner on 4.2 mortar.
Few names i remember. HUDSON ,Lambert, floyd. Cudney. Shemerick,bob,Nelson
,pelkey,Rodriguez,Dominick,Alan,Eric, a few of the names might be misspelled
or pronounced , sorry it's been over 50 years..If anyone remembers name of
"compound" i would love to know..
