These are very helpful and important. I am going to add them to my second packet going to VA and will send the links to 7 other guys from my Battalion who are fighting with VA.

Thank you for your help. There are far more of us who were poisoned by the Army's use of AO in the 2nd Korean War than the DOD and VA want to admit. I, for one, am the senior officer (former) in this group of Engineers and two of them were under my command. I will not - can not let them down. They trusted me to get them home alive way back then, and I trusted them to follow our orders so we could all get back safely.

Now, after all these years, it seems VA is hoping we will die off before they have to pay claims. Anyone interested in the Real and In Depth story of the 2nd Korean War should read this

These are only 2 but I need to check because I am sure there
are more-


BVA has granted AO claims to a Thailand vet, and a
Okinawa vet. There is a Guam vet claim pending on remand - all are for AO disability.
