I am trying to help my brother in law locate his biological father who was stationed in San Antonio Texas approximately 1953. He may have been a sergeant and was a medic.
His son is 63 years old and is desperately trying to know if his real father is alive and if possibly have siblings.
His mother gave birth to him when she was 17 years old and was not allowed to have contact with Dagoberto Santoy after that time. Any help is appreciated in advance.
