I am looking for anyone who may have known James Edward Whitley. Believe he went by Ed. All I know is his tombstone reads Korean war. He died while stationed at Ft. Rucker in May 1963. All I really know is, we believe, he was possibly some type of sniper and there are green beret stories. Lots of mystery surrounding his military service. His children believe he may have been involved with CIA, but that is speculation. He was from Roanoke, Al.
