I am searching for any members of Co. E, 8th Cavalry Regiment who were at the "Battle of the Walled City of Kasan" on Sept. 5, 1950.
My Uncle Clarence Harold Thompson was Killed in Action there. He fought and died with many a fine men that fateful day. God bless them all.
Our family would like to know anything about the battle and the men uncle Harold served with. I would also like to piece together a company roster of Co. E if possible. I would also ike to hear from any relatives of other members of Co. E who were killed that day.
