Comments:

My dad Celso W Garcia has passed and I am looking to get his DD214. He
inquired back in 2014 on a NA Form 13075 and entered "68th AAA AW Battalion
also 12th Cav. Does this make sense to anyone. He enlisted in 1948 at Fort Ord
and his release was at Camp Roberts in Calif in 1953. The archives cannot give
me any information due to damaged records. If you can Help I would appreciate
it.

I am looking for anyone who knows anything about my grandfather Robert Welch.
I found his DD-214 and it shows he was a 3 time bronze star recipient.
Curious on any details that someone could provide for me.

The 26th and final reunion of the 68th AAA Gun Bn/508th Ops
Det will be held 24-27 October 2013 at the Fairfield Inn
Suites, Orange Beach, Alabama.

Please count on attending as it will be the last time we
will be seeing each other as a group. Family members are
welcome; we have widows, children and even grandchildren
attending. You are also requested to help spread the word
to any and all veterans of the 68th that you know.

All the details have not been worked out but when they are,
you can contact me at the address below and they will be
furnished you.
