My Dad is James Melton. He served in a railroad battlion. I believe it was the 712th. He went to camp at Camp Roberts and then went to Seoul, Korea. He spent 16 months there coming home in 1953. He was dicharged but went into the reserves to finish out his time.
My Dad has returned to Korea twice to visit. I went with him to see the museum at Camp Roberts.
