You might check the book Combat Actions in Korea edited by Russell Gugeler. It mentions Capt Vaudreuil in Chapter 6 although the spelling is slightly different in the book. Chapter 6 of the book is based off some research by Capt Martin Blumenson.
Vaudreuil was in the 1st Battalion, 32d Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division. You can also check out this URL which is another version of what is in the book, but spells his name correctly. This was also written by Blumenson.
