I need some help figuring out what patch was worn during Occupation, in Japan. A couple of the guys I work with on their cold injury are looking for the patch that they wore during their time in Japan during Occupation before the Korean War, but they describe it differently then the one that I keep finding on the web. They said that it had the USAFIK letters on the top, but it went down to a monument type building. Can anybody lead me in the right direction?
Also another question I have is the 65th engineer combat battalion patch from before 1950 supposedly had a bulldozer and the words 'It Shall be Done'. I have found the 65th emblem which has the words 'First in, Last out', but I want to finish my Dad's memory box with the bulldozer emblem - Can anybody lead me in the direction where I can find this one?
