Hello, my name is Chuck Turley. I am researching my grandfathers participation in the War. His discharge papers say he was in the Asiatic Pacific area during Nov. 1945 to Oct 1946. The papers also states that he was in the 529th Ord. Heavy Automotive Maint Co. I was searching the 529th ordnance and saw this posting. Do you have any information related to the above listed company by chance?? Just curious...if not...good luck.
