I am looking for anyone who may have known and served with my Great-Uncle in the 38th infantry, he was a medic. He was MIA on 5/19/51. He mentions a fellow medic in his division from Texas in one of his letters, however he does not give his name.
I have already contacted the Army Causualty division to recieve records and information regarding his service and death, and will hopefully be able to identify his remains through DNA.
What I'd like to do is piece together any stories about him to present to his remaining brother and sister.
