My father served in the Chem Corp in the 1st Cav, He did 2 tours, one in Korea we believe in 55, but can't find records. 2nd in 60 in Alabama. He has been suffering from severe neurological problems for many years. The doctors diagnosed as Binswangers about 15 years ago, but we're now making the connection to his service. I have a letter of commendation that thanks him for his service in conducting radiological fallout predictions, contamination plots ... and teaching CBR schools (?).
