My Father was in Korea between those years, not sure exactly. He was home in time to marry my Mom in 1949. His name was Gerald Durand, and I remember his patch and signet ring. they were a blue 'shield' with a white star, within a star. I am trying to locate anyone who might have known him. I remember him telling us about Pusan. Would appreciate any info you might have. Thanks!
